Traveling to Kingston Hospital

Travelling by train:

The nearest station to Kingston Hospital is Norbiton Station. The hospital is around 0.3 miles from the station along Coombe Road or Wolverton Avenue. This is a 5-10 minute walk for most people. Norbiton Station is served by South Western Railway and receives regular services into and out of London Waterloo. Services to Norbiton run on the Kingston Loop and the Shepperton line.

Travelling by bus:

Kingston Hospital is served by a number of bus routes. Low-floor, wheelchair accessible buses run on all the routes serving the hospital

Travelling by bike and motorcycle:

Kingston is a good area to cycle with cycling trails around, and the bicycle storage facilities where you can secure your bikes are really helpful if that is an option that you want to consider. The hospital appears on the free Transport for London Cycle Guides for areas 9 and 10.

There is also parking available on site for motorcycles which is free of charge as long as you park in the designated areas by the Royal Eye Unit or next to the sheltered bicycle rack to the right of the Hospital’s Main Entrance.

There are Southwest railway trains to and from London Waterloo and Shepperton.

Although you can always buy a ticket in the station to travel, it is much cheaper if you use your contactless payment method or your Oyster card to tap in and tap out at any station.
